This course aims to familiarise you with the DELTA Module One exam format and requirements and help you develop appropriate exam-taking strategies. It is intended for people who have already covered the DELTA Module One syllabus (through private study or by attending a DELTA course elsewhere) and wish to revise and prepare for the exam.
DELTA Module One Exam Prep Course Information
This online, interactive course is intended for experienced teachers of English to speakers of other languages who wish to take the Cambridge DELTA Module One examination in December 2023. Participants for this course should already have a solid background in language awareness and methodology to benefit from this course, which focuses primarily on exam techniques and strategies. For those wishing to cover the DELTA syllabus in detail before focusing on exam preparation, a longer Module One course is also available; you can see details here.
The course runs from September 14th to November 30th, 2023. Online sessions are every Thursday, 10:00 to 13:30 EET.
In addition to the contact hours, you should expect to need at least five more hours of private study per week.
The course focuses on the DELTA examination to help you develop appropriate exam techniques. The total duration of the course is 36 contact hours. In addition, there are four mock exams which you take in your own time; one-to-one meetings with your tutor follow each mock exam, so that you can get extensive feedback on your performance,

Please note we can only accept candidates who already have a solid language awareness and methodology background on this course.
The tuition fee for this course is €300.
You can pay the fee via e-banking, credit/debit card or PayPal. A non-refundable deposit of €150 is payable upon registration, with the remaining €150 due by September 30th.
Please note that the Cambridge DELTA Module One examination fee is not included. If you wish to sit for the examination at our centre in Athens, you will be asked to pay an additional examination fee of €160 in late October.
