COVID-19 has deprived us all of face-to-face contact for almost two years! During this time, a lot of teachers have discovered and enjoyed various modes of synchronous and asynchronous online learning – at ACE TEFL twenty four teachers have completed their CELTA fully online since June 2021. A lot more are applying to take an online CELTA with us in the next few months.
For those, however, who prefer teaching and learning in a physical classroom, this has been a challenging time. At ACE TEFL, you can now do your CELTA face to face in safety, as long as you are fully vaccinated and can produce a vaccination certificate. We only accept a limited number of teachers on face to face courses and are always ready to switch to blended or online mode if necessary. We have, however, been able run a face-to-face CELTA in the autumn of 2021 and are now ready for another ‘live’ in-person CELTA!
This is a part-time course, meeting every Tuesday and Thursday, from 9:00 to 13:00. It starts on 25 January 2022 and ends on 26 May. As there are only two places left on this course, you will need to apply pretty soon if you’re interested. Check the details and download an application form here.
