ACE TEFL MasterClass is a new series of specialist workshops for experienced teachers. Each MasterClass workshop will be led by a teacher educator with considerable expertise and extensive experience in the topic.
Teacher Evaluation MasterClass

This is a workshop for senior teachers and directors of studies, focusing on evaluating teacher performance. The following topics will be explored:
– Observing teachers: using different types of observation schedules
– Criteria for the evaluation of teacher performance
– Profiling teachers: identifying strengths and weaknesses
– Supporting teachers and fostering professional development
The workshop will be led by George Vassilakis, Director of ACE TEFL. George has decades of experience of observing and evaluating teachers, both as a Cambridge DELTA and CELTA Tutor and as Academic Director of training and assessment organisations.
All participants will receive an ACE TEFL MasterClass Certificate of Attendance.
