
The DELTA Module Three assessment focuses on designing a specialist course in a specific learning context. Candidates will need to demonstrate that they understand the principles of needs analysis, diagnostic assessment, syllabus design, course planning and course assessment. They will also need to demonstrate understanding of the key issues involved in their chosen area of specialism. Our Module Three course will not only provide the required background knowledge, but it will also support and guide you in the process of drafting and redrafting your assignmen
Participants
If This course is intended for experienced teachers who wish to prepare for the Cambridge DELTA Module 3 assessment, offered in June and December each year.
Participants may already have DELTA Module One and/or Two or they could be starting their DELTA journey with Module Three.
Duration
The course comprises synchronous and asynchronous input, with a minimum of 20 hours of one-to-one tutorials with a tutor and extensive oral and written feedback on each participant’s individual assignment.
You can start the course any time, but please bear in mind it will take at least 3-4 months to do the research and complete your assignment.
We recommend you start your course in February or earlier if you are planning on submitting your assignment in June and in August or earlier if you are thinking of submitting in December.
Course Components
The course aims to guide and support participants working on their DELTA Module Three (Option 1: ELT specialisms) assignment. Input on needs analysis, assessment, syllabus design and course design is offered in the first 4 input sessions, following which each participant focuses on their own specialism and write their assignment. Detailed feedback on each draft of each section of the assignment will be given on a one-to-one basis.

Fees
The tuition fee for this course is € 520. Please note this does not include the Cambridge assessment fee for this module, which is currently € 140.
